027: Consider It’s Not Your Fault

Some of us live with the world on our shoulders: believing that everything that happens in life is entirely caused by us.

My son had a freak bike accident, and I got stuck on guilt that it was my fault.

Irrational, but true.

I got unstuck by considering it wasn’t my fault.

Tune in to this week’s episode broadcasted from a hospital in Israel, with my first guest, my 9-year-old son.

And consider where in your life you can consider it’s not your fault.

Just maybe?

I would love to hear from you if you enjoyed this episode. Please leave a review for me on iTunes and if you don’t know how, learn how to here. Thank you!
