Just ASK!

My dear blog subscribers,

My book is out, my book tour is set, and I’ve decided to consciously allow myself to settle down and watch things unfold as they should.

The truth is, I’ve found myself “stuck” on needing to know and plan on “what’s next” and it reminded me of how this entire process started – when I tried to write a children’s book and became aware of the irony that *I* was indeed the one stuck (stuck on desire to write a book that just wasn’t meant to be written, at least not at that time) and how “stopping” raised my awareness and allowed to what was supposed to happen (this blog) to come to life.

So, this blog is going to grow and change, just as I am growing and changing with S.T.U.C.K.

And instead of hearing weekly stories about my “stuck” situations, I am going to be writing more about thoughts on this process, practice tips, and pieces of inspiration to support YOU on YOUR journey with getting unSTUCK.

And the one that I wanted to share with you today is regarding the “Considerations”.

Sometimes, when we are in a stuck moment and we process through The S.T.U.C.K. Method, even if we recognize that our “beliefs” may be weak, it still may be difficult to come up with other considerations to the story that is so deeply rooted in our minds.

In my book, I suggest keeping a handful of “considerations” in your back pocket for easy access.

I also offer one new consideration a week in my weekly newsletter and my Facebook group.

Still, coming up with a new perspective, to a situation you feel confident is REAL, can be difficult. This week, I’d like to suggest to you another avenue.

Just ask.

Ask your friend, your family member, your colleague… Ask them for a consideration.

I think you may be surprised to how quickly and readily, (and how helpful!), hearing a fresh consideration from someone else, can be to your life and to your well-being.

If you try this, please let me know. I’d love to hear about your journey.
